Architectural consultancy for Dimand’s FIX Thessaloniki redevelopment, shaping the project’s curatorial and architectural direction. The scope included the curation of an invitation‑only architectural competition and the assembly of a jury of leading scholars, curators, engineers, and cultural figures whose perspectives bring a nuanced urban sensitivity.

The Brief and Artistic Direction were anchored in the site’s charged geography: the Western Gate of Thessaloniki, its immediate proximity to the Port, and the layered histories that converge at this threshold.

Within this context, the competition invited proposals to explore the counterpoint between Takis H. Zenetos’ modernist building and the neighbouring listed structures—a dialogue of eras, materials, and civic intentions that defines the identity of the complex.

The resulting vision positions FIX Thessaloniki as a renewed urban landmark, where heritage and innovation meet, and where the city’s past and future are held in a single, continuous line.
