York Str. Marylebone W1H
This project involved the complete interior refurbishment of a two‑bedroom Georgian flat in the heart of Marylebone.
The design vision centred on enhancing the property’s historic character while introducing a calm, contemporary aesthetic suited to modern city living.
The refurbishment included a full strip‑out, restoration of original architectural details, and a reconfiguration of key spaces to improve flow and maximise natural light. A bespoke kitchen and fully upgraded bathrooms were designed with high‑quality materials and refined detailing, balancing modern performance with understated luxury. Custom joinery throughout the flat provides intelligent storage solutions while maintaining a clean, minimalist feel.
A layered lighting scheme, natural finishes, and a muted colour palette contribute to a serene atmosphere that complements the building’s Georgian proportions. The result is a sophisticated, light‑filled interior that respects the property’s heritage while offering the comfort and clarity of contemporary living.
This project reflects an approach to craftsmanship, spatial design, and the seamless integration of old and new—creating a home that feels both rooted in history and tailored for today.
